As we are heading into the last few months of the year, I thought I would discuss some of the goals that I am hoping to achieve. At the beginning of the year, I set myself 18 goals and I am going to do a big round up post in December or January to see if I have completed them.

However, I think October is a good time to take a look, see what is still relevant and what has already been completed. There are 5 goals on my list that I believe are achievable between now and the New Year.

So here they are:

1. Become more productive.

I do feel like I am beginning to achieve this but I have to make sure it continues for the rest of the semester. I am yet to have the big hand in dates so we shall see how this goes for the next few weeks. I want to make sure I keep up with my blogging schedule and produce good work for uni.

2. Go to the Gym.

Having recently purchased a gym membership I want to make the time to go to the gym 5 times a week. I always feel better mentally and physically when I go to the gym more often.

3. Buy fewer clothes.

Having updated my Autumn/Winter wardrobe I am going to attempt to commit to not buying any more clothes until next year. I am trying to save money and I am aware of the issues fast fashion is having on the environment and I don’t want to contribute to it as much.

4. Stay calm and stop worrying

Not so easy for some who has academic related anxiety (thanks to a high school that put so much emphasis on exams and going to uni)  but I am over being the girl that cries in exams, that has to be pulled out for hyperventilating and that has to take medication to sit in a room with other people and a bit of paper. This has been something I have been working on for years now and I feel like I have finally reached the point where I can cope.

5. See friends more often.

This is something that has been a bit difficult. I have friends who are also at uni in a different city and have completely opposite days off from me. I have friends who work Monday-Friday whilst I work weekends. Not so easy to find a time that works for all of us but I am hoping to make a point of seeing everyone.
